LIAM PAYNE: Mansion that the singer lived in before his premature death is put up for rent

The house where singer Liam Payne lived before his death has been put up for rent again. The information was revealed by TMZ, which provided more details about the property located in Wellington, Florida, USA. The former One Direction member passed away at the age of 31 in October of this year after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

According to TMZ, the property, valued at US$1.7 million, has been available for rent since the end of October for US$9,950 per month. Liam Payne and his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, moved into the house in July and stayed there until September. The residence features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool.

The couple had shared images of the mansion on social media. Kate, for example, did a tour of the place on TikTok, showcasing various details. About a month before Liam’s death, they had moved into a new house nearby.

According to a source close to The Sun newspaper, Liam Payne’s funeral is expected to take place within a week in his hometown of Wolverhampton, in the West Midlands county of England. Former One Direction members – Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson – are expected to attend to pay their respects to the singer.

The cause of Liam’s death is still under investigation.
